Beverly is the owner of Neurability Therapy. She is a Texas-licensed Occupational Therapist and a registered Occupational Therapist through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). She grew up in the small town of Lindsay, Texas. She graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch with her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2015 and received her bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University in 2013.

Over the past 10 years, Beverly has worked with adults in various healthcare settings and roles. As an Occupational Therapist, she has worked at TIRR Memorial Hermann inpatient rehab in the medical center from 2015 to 2023, followed by Collage Rehabilitation Partners in the home and community setting in 2023, until forming her own private practice, Neurability Therapy.

Beverly has previously been trained in Neuro-IFRAH, a specific approach to neurological rehabilitation. She is vestibular rehabilitation certified through the American Institute of Balance. She is certified in dry needling by the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy for craniofacial, cervicothoracic, upper extremity, lumbopelvic, and lower extremity conditions. She is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) by the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy to provide complete decongestive therapy to individuals with lymphedema. She is also LSVT BIG certified to treat individuals with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions. She has completed Vivistim Therapy training by MicroTransponder to provide treatment to Vivistim clients to enhance stroke recovery.

She is specialized in the treatment of Disorders of Consciousness (DoC) with training in CRS-R assessment. She also enjoys wheelchair seating and mobility, spasticity management, and aquatic therapy.

When not working, Beverly enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her two kids. She enjoys the outdoors and good Tex-Mex food.
