Premium Neuro Rehab at Competitive Private-Pay Rates
Neurability Therapy is an out-of-network provider. We operate as a self-pay care system to prioritize the client by taking out the constraints of insurance. This allows the therapist and client to have complete autonomy over the decision of the plan of care, frequency, duration, location, and type of treatment while providing high-quality one-on-one treatment.
At this time, traditional Medicare beneficiaries are not accepted for covered skilled therapy services. However, private-pay wellness, fitness, maintenance, and non-covered services may still be available depending on individual needs and goals.
Our practice was built to make high-level neurological rehabilitation more accessible. While many specialized programs and private therapy services may charge $300–$500+ per session for 60-minute follow-up sessions, we aim to provide experienced, individualized neuro-focused care at competitive rates while maintaining the personalized attention and continuity that many larger systems cannot offer.
Initial Evaluation

Follow-Up Sessions

Dry Needling Treatment

Vestibular Assessment

Wheelchair Evaluation
90 minutes- Comprehensive wheelchair seating and mobility evaluation
- Customized seating measurements and wheelchair specifications
- Individualized equipment recommendations based on client needs
- Wheelchair clinic collaboration with Assistive Technology Professional (ATP)
- Communication and coordination with physican and care team
- Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) completion by therapist
- Assessment of home and community mobility needs

LSVT BIG Protocol
60 minutes- 16 one-hour sessions (4x/week for 4 consecutive weeks) required per protocol

- Gait, balance, and posture retraining
